Vision

The Elim Wimbledon Bible School seeks to prepare students for the work of Christian ministry in both the Church and world.
Our vision is to raise up a generation who are grounded in the Word, transformed by the Spirit and empowered to preach the Gospel with signs following.

The Elim Wimbledon Certificate in Pentecostal Theology, Ministry and Practice is offered as a part-time course over two years. It comprises of 24 modules encompassing several theological disciplines. Those disciplines include: Biblical Studies; Christian Apologetics, Hermeneutics, Practical Theology, Pneumatology, Church History and Dogmatics.

The next entry date to start the Certificate is January 2027. Classes take place in-person on a Wednesday evening (7pm - 9:30pm) and are supplemented by Saturday study days every 6 weeks.

The classes are taught by Dr Sheryl Arthur and Pastor Jon Featherstone along with a range of guest speakers (all who are expert practitioners in their field). The classes incorporate a range of practical activities (for example, discussions, debates, group work and Q&A). Some modules also include a ministry practicum (for example, preaching, evangelism, inner healing and the prophetic).

The in-person classes are enhanced by access to online resources/activities on the Elim Wimbledon Moodle site so that students can continue their learning in between classes and connect with their peers via online forums.
